[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : I want to be an average size and need a
healthy diet and gym plan (athletics club)?
I am 19, and 5'11" I weigh 222.2 pounds ( I know a lot of 2's lol ) but
anyways I'm looking for a good deit and want to get down to 160-180 in a
reasonable amount of time. "Maybe ten lbs a month?"(I don't know if that's
a lot I'm fairly new to this stuff) I have a membership at athletic club
so you can add in gym routines if u know good ones. Any helps appreciated.
